Anyone 3-D printing or selling the knobs for Tektronix TDS7104 Series scopes?

Need all knobs on front panel.
For 2 units.

They are still available from Tek @ $12 each. Yeah, kinda pricey. The ones in the service manual are obsolete:

shoulder knob  366-0819-00
small knob 366-0820-00
med. knob 366-0821-00

These are the new numbers:
shoulder knob  366-0835-00
small knob 366-0836-00
med. knob 366-0837-00
