0.005% and 0.01% resistors in Germany/Europe

Somebody talked about http://www.reichelt.de/ a few months ago.
The shipping (30 € up to 10 kg) and component costs are much more reasonable than Digikey's and Farnell's.
However apparently they do not have 0.01% and 0.005% precision resistors.
Which German/European online store is selling those, hopefully with a comparable shipping cost?

you can get visa cards preloaded with money. They sell them at the post office here is aus maybe that is an option. You can recharge them when you use it up.
