I got my order in


Despite my earlier reservations about using Paypal from South Africa the process was clean, simple and fast, Paypal must have improved sine I last tried to use it.


For any other south Africans interested it came to just over R500 including shipping.


Definitely a good investment at that price and a chance to test Australia Post befor ordering 2 of the uSupplies when they are ready.


My only concern is that it is

assembled and tested in Australia,

PCB is made in New Zealand, and shipped to South Africa. Sounds like the Tri-Nations all over again I hope the Customs officer is not holding a grudge.

I will guess the parcel delivery tracking will be:

Day 1 - despatched to Auspost
Day2 - airfreight to ZA
Day3 - received ZA JNB customs
Day 4 to 15 - JNB customs
Day 16 - JNB to ORT
Day 17 to 30 - CT customs
Day 31 - postcard sent for you to collect at SAPO customs
Day 35 - you get the card
Day36 - No record of the parcel at the office on the card..............

I order on the 7 april and today i got informed that i can pickup the package from the postoffice tomorrow, so that is faster then i expected it to be.
