FS: Manual PNP turntable from UnexpectedMaker
« on: May 02, 2021, 07:15:28 pm »
Hi,
This is turntable as you can see on this video This are not made for profit items, I just ordered some parts in bulk for availablity/price etc so I have some extra and also can build some spare that I can sell (I would say share). Again I am not trying to sell them for profit so I do not have exact price yet but if interest will be shown I can calculate price for parts/build material/electricity etc. To estimate basically it uses bearings these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XVPGMXQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B086JLPY9M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 also printed from PETG plastic and has laser cut acrylics from Ponoko which cost me around $60 for 10 + mailing. These are DIY items so do not expect manufactured plastic quality and some assembling would be required (remove acrylic covers for example). Very limited quantity probably 6 or 7, so first come first served basis.

Cheers,
Slava

Many asked how match it is going  to cost (I am kidding), but anyway here it is:
FKG 6805-ZZ Bearing$1.50
PGN - 608-2RS Bearing$1.00
Acrilic top from Ponoko$7.00
Plastic (75g + 105g + 40g = 220g)$5.00
Electricity, 3d printer wear and tear etc (5h + 9h + 3h = 17h)$5.00
Total$19.50
Plus shipping and handling, that would depend where you are and what shipment method you prefer, I am in PA, so you can easily estimate, just add $5 for handling on top of what mail company would charge me. You would need to cut and glue (if you want) a rubber piece and assemble it which is very easy.

Again I am not making any profit from this and do not plan to do mass production of any kind (yea right 17h printing time), Paypal for payment (if you worry I am gonna steal from you, you can always dispute).

Regards.
