looking for suppler of (stpr1020ctw or alternative)

hi there i am after a uk based suppler of ether the stpr1020ctw or a suitable alternative this is a part that has proven hard to find within the uk any help would be much appreciated.

DO NOT BUY FROM EBAY!!!!!

Let's find an equivalent:

http://uk.farnell.com/diodes-rectifiers

You need a:
  • Dual Common Cathode
  • >10A
  • >200V
  • Ultrafast
  • Low Vf
  • Uninsulated TO220
Here are the results sorted by price

MBR10200CT looks good! (Always check the datasheet, don't take my word for it)
