Wanted: Frequency Counter where to buy?

Does anyone know where I might pick up a frequency counter like the one is this youtube vid http://youtu.be/SS7z8WsXPMk?t=4m57s or something similar with nixie tubes?

Can't think why you especially want a nixie display.

I saw the nixie one in the linked video and it went on the list of things to get, I've wanted something nixie based but can't justify a nixie clock as I have far too many clocks already :)
