seeking for a place to buy car diagnostic tools

Hi all, i want to buy a car code scanner, can you give me some suggestion?
i just find a site have a good price for EU702 code scanner, but they are not concentrated to sell OBD2 tools, they just selling all kinds of electronics, so i am hesitating. link: http://www.eleseed.com/maxiscan-eu702-code-scanner-reader-free-shipping_p211.html

Wow I had no idea so many diagnostic tools existed.  I bought one a few years ago and I don't think I've used it more than once. Still nice to have, but it appears I could have done without it.
