WTB R&S RSM 110dB attenuator module or 10dB step

I've recently bought Programmable step attenuator from R&S RSM with description "we have no means to test it" one can correctly assume that it is faulty.

Problem have been narrowed down to 10 dB step that failed open.

Does anyone have module, 10 dB step or suggestion where I can get one with finite amount of money?
