Looking for 5v only 28 DIP flash/eeprom.

Hi all,

I'm looking for something like the Atmel AT29C256 or intersil X28HC256 to replace a EPROM on an Z80 system.
These are 32K x 8 flash/eeproms that are in-system programmable at 5v.
I can find some AT29C256 on ebay but they are either crazy expensive or too cheap to be real from China.
Does anyone have a spare one or two in their bits box?
