Looking to try my hand at winding some medium/large inductors and may even try a transformer. I am experimenting and learning along the way. I've pulled a couple handfuls from old PSUs and spent the last month reading doing small scale stuff. If anyone here has a box laying around that they've desoldered from old projects and would sell, I'd like to buy them. A dozen or so will work. As many different sizes as possible so I can do the math and practice the calculations would be great. I have a bunch of salvage magnet wire but I'd be interested in different gauges to if it's available.
Anything 40mm in diameter or larger, is what I'd like to play with. No real project for them yet just playing with different buck designs and a couple Solar panels.
-Note: I am not a cheap ass looking for a "steal". I just like to buy used from other people kinda like me whenever i can.
