Does anyone know where I could find a download of a HP 5334a service manual?

The manual is for the B model but the differences are probably nothing to worry about.
One can never have enough oscilloscopes.

Thanks tekfan.

The schematics for the 5334b version share similar components designations to the 5334a. Although the B revision integrated the
channel C 1.3GHz prescaler on the main PCB, while on version A, this was on a separate PCB option that connected through a 10pin SIL header.

This is what I've determined about that connector thus far, but the functions of pins 3 and 8 escape me.

1. GND
2. GND
3. ??
4. +15
5. prescaled CLK to mainboard
6. +5
7. -5.2
8. ??
9. GND
10. GND

I have a 5334A counter and the paper service manual for it. I don't have a practical way to scan it, but I can try to help with specific info you need. Here is a schematic of the channel C option.
