WTB: Wayne Kerr 7010 display board or DB microcontroller
« on: March 30, 2020, 07:48:51 am »
I'm looking for a working display board for Wayne Kerr 7010 high speed component tester.
Or only a working microcontroller housed on the same card, a programmed uPD8749HC micro.
Or even with the broken VFD.
I am open to any request for money (compatibly with the value of the item).
Thanks.

I thought you were making it up when I was "Wayne Kerr", but it's a real company - in the UK too!

From the company website "The company was named after their favourite actor and actress, Naunton Wayne and Deborah Kerr". Yeah, right. Somebody was just having a bit of fun.

I'm surprised at that sort of thing back in the 40's though. For anyone who has no idea what I'm talking about "wanker" is commonly used English insult.
