I recently purchased a 6 GHz MSO-X 6004 from another forum member, so no longer need this sampling oscilloscope.
It is very lightly used, in perfect condition and works great for characterization of high-speed clocks or other periodic signals. For example, it illustrated a previously undiscovered problem with channel 1 on my 8133A, which I subsequently repaired. It's also handy for showing off Leo's fast pulse generator. But it is inappropriate for use on transient or aperiodic signals.
This unit is functionally identical to the icHaus iC227
https://us-shop.ichaus.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=iC227_Dual_11GHz-_Oscilloscope dual channel 11 GHz sampling oscilloscope, so can run it's (slightly more refined) software or the original SW provided with the unit.
I paid $1039 for the unit in 2018. Asking $800 plus shipping costs to anywhere on the blue planet. Includes power supply with US AC plug and USB cable, not depicted below. I can send documentation upon request.
