I also use a SRS PRS10 (used) with GPS 1pps in (GPS is Ublox M8T) to verify my reference, no problem. next I will seek a Cesium clock.

The frequency is very accurate  :-+

Note: 53310A clock by a GPSDO

your GPSDO may exists more tolerance than the LPRO, hehe, check it.

updated 1/June/2019:
we designed a dedicated PCB board, install of previous board, now no need do any soldering, already installed all components, the new purchasing will use the board.
add a fuse for the power supply, since there is no short circuit protection of LPRO 101, the factory think it is a part, you can install the protection circuit.

currently testing my Advantest R3465 SA with LPRO101 signal. the LPRO101 cannot lock after long time. usually it will lock in about 15 minutes, it did lock for a moment and then not locked anymore (LED always ON), it still got hot on top, the bottom part (with light green paint) is on big heatsink. what should i do?

AFAIK, you cannot drive a lock LED directly off the (BITE) output.  As per the above boards.  The manual says that requires a high impedance load.
I believe these is a write-up on the model were the author says a low impedance stops it locking.

if can not lock always, that means the clock is in malfunction, you may try to fix it.
