The construction of an E3615 doesn’t lend itself to repurposing.
I don't see why?
But anyway there is more for sale than just an E3615

I've had an offer in but had no response whatsoever not even 'no' and the seller has been online since I made it, no biggy for me, plenty more gear out there.

If they aren't
 - proactively providing photos and other details ...
 - going to put this stuff on their website ....
or
 - snapping back on communications ....

... then maybe they aren't overly invested in getting top dollar from this load.

If that is the case, then patience may be rewarded by the acceptance of offers that might be surprising.

They're a business not a charity - it makes sense to wait a while to see what offers come in, though an acknowledgement would be nice.

Youtube channel:Taking wierd stuff apart. Very apart.
Mike's Electric Stuff: High voltage, vintage electronics etc.
Day Job: Mostly LEDs

We have a business and in today's market if you don't respond pretty darn fast the customer is long gone, the internet provides all kinds of alternatives, you simply can't conduct business these days how you did even 20 years ago. There is zero excuse for sitting on offers when you request offers, it isn't an auction, you either accept it or you don't, common courtesy and good manners requires a response.

PM sent.

It's worth a try, maybe you can get a good deal out of it. Most gear they sell on their site includes cal, maybe you can expect at least the supplies to need some adjustment.

This.  The market is saturated now. If you want to sell, you need to ship quickly at a good price and be up front. No one has time to piss around playing To Me To You like the Chuckle Brothers. I can get literally anything next day, so the only thing you're competing on is price and service.

He declined my low ball offer for some of the HP power supply's.
I would have paid his counter offer if the condition was good, but I asked twice for info on condition without an answer.  |O
I suspect its "for parts" units.

It only makes sense to lowball with no information at all.
