[FS] Lot of Vintage ICs (DEC, Burr-Brown, RAM/ROM) - Make an Offer

Hey all, I pulled all of these ICs out of a working TEM X-ray spectrometer some 10 years ago. Aside from being occasional conversation pieces they're not much use to me and just sit in a box all day, but I figure there are those who dabble in this stuff. Some of these are ceramic packages. Everything is listed below with the marking and any additional info I have. Ignore the prices written on the bags, that's from a decade ago when I was just certain I'd make a killing on this stuff like the idiot I was.
