I can confirm receipt of the Keithley 261 in Australia.  Arrived to my post office in less than 2 weeks.

It was exceptionally well packaged for international shipment, with foam covering the front an rear panels, layers of bubble wrap, all in a large box with lots of packing peanuts.

A quick test shows it powers on, and the higher current ranges work as expected.  I will test the lower ranges another day when I have suitable cables organised and bench cleared.
