Here for sale a TTi EL183R in mint conditions, still with foil on the display.
Unit is wired for 120VAC (2.5A fuse installed) but can be easily converted to 220VAC.

Quiet, no fan, linear power supply with remote sense and on/off output button.
18V 3A. US power cord included.
