I have for sale a refurbished, working Tektronix TDS540 scope. Probably the cheapest way there is to get 500 MHz bandwidth
This scope has been thoroughly cleaned inside and out, the SMT electrolytic caps replaced on all 3 boards which use them, all other problems fixed, and it's been tested and burned in to assure reliability.
The only outstanding issue of which I'm aware is that the RTC doesn't work, which I'm 99% sure is due to a flat battery in the RTC module. However, there doesn't appear to be any problem with calibration or options being lost - I presume they're stored in Flash instead on this unit - so I decided it was safest to leave the module alone.
The scope has 50k points/channel memory and can do FFT, both of which I believe were options on this model.
Please note that no probes or other accessories are included, though I do have a set that you can test it with if you wish to inspect the scope prior to purchase.
I'm offering this scope to EEVblog readers at £850 (+P&P) before it goes on Ebay. Cash on collection (Hants / Surrey border area) is preferred as it's heavy, or I'll post within the UK at extra cost.
