Hi,

I have a commercial application where I am looking for a US supplier of 100W to 200W solar systems that can change a 24V LiFePO4 battery (2x 12V).

I need to power a device that expects 2.5A @24Vdc. (the device has its own batteries and charging system, and just needs a well conditioned 24Vdc)
Relatively low volume, 100 per year maybe, with potential for high volume in the coming years.

We will be integrating these into a larger system, installing them ourselves.

Thanks!

Get rid of the charging system in the original product and replace it with an off the shelf 24V MPPT solar charge controller.

Getting a fixed DC voltage and current from a solar panel is not possible.

After looking, I agree (short of having multiple DC DC converters and two sets of batteries!), and have modified the post to reflect that.

I don't think anyone here sells these products.

If it has to be made in USA: https://sunforgellc.com/product/gvb-8/ https://sunforgellc.com/product/gvb-8-wp/

If not, just google and find many products:

You are probably right. Since we are new to this, a large part of the desire for a domestic suppler is driven by a lack of trust/liability for imports. (Or rather, not wanting to do quality control for them right out of the gate)

I'm confident that I could find 30 Asian importers that made something "close enough" if only we had the time and resources to properly vet them.

100W system is quite small, and hard to find the product made in USA, since they give up the manufacture in US now.
