Awesome Steinel heat gun complete kit sale

I just got an email from Howard Electronics on this crazy good Steinel heat gun sale. If you want a temperature controlled heat gun with 120 to 1200 deg variable temp with lcd readout of actual temp and 3 air flow settings plus all the accessories and case. You cant beat this deal at $159.00 plus 5% discount on top of that. The gun itself lists for $280.00. I just bought one and thought some US forum members might want to know about it.

FWIW, that kit's been out for some time, and IIRC, the $159 figure is it's normal street price.

All-Spec has it for $148.49.

It's a nice piece of kit. I have a similar model (HG2310LCD), which looks almost identical apart from having variable speed rather than the 3 position switch:

Howard also has the older HG3002LCD model for $149.  While it doesn't have nearly the number of accessories included with the 2010E, it has a nice dial interface for temperature setting and a rolling knob for airflow.  Plus it's made in Switzerland!
