Lets see where it ends up.  ;)
Decent to good ones seem to go for 400-450 or more and excellent ones for even more. Even beat up parts units fetch 250+. The Keithley 2000 is very comparable to the 34401A though somewhat more capable and those fetch similar prices. The asking price doesn't seem unrealistic, but you're free to make an offer.  ;D
