I am selling one of these low noise amplifiers that I bought from eevblog member 0.01C

The LPF can be set to:   10 Hz, 100 Hz, 1 kHz, 10 kHz
The Gain can be set to:  x1k, x10k, x100k
Included is a rechargeable 3.7V 680 mAh battery, as shown in my picture (blue). 
No other accessories!

Price: Euro 50 including shipping cost in Germany
Shipping cost EU = 8 Euro
Other countries: ask.

I found a different LNA and do not need this one anymore.
