If you can send me your details by message through the forum i can look into it for you. Regarding stock the website is supposed to update nightly and i cant look into what the issue was without some further details.
We generally keep most of them on the shelf.
Regarding calibration it's up to you. We do offer it but you don't have to take it. Especially if you think it's expensive.
Sometimes we have customers who complain they were never asked for it. They then find out they needed it and have to send their equipment back to be calibrated so we make a point of offering it each time.
Thanks to the guys who have responded with a good experience.
We dont get it right everytime but we try our best.
The post title is a little strong but this is a forum after all ! Just wish all the customers who had been looked after would post good comments and the world would be a happier place
