I'd suggest Quick 861DW hot air + some decent soldering station like Ersa I-CON1 or I-CON nano.
EDIT: simply because Quick beats anything in EUR 1500 range if we talk about general use hot air. Combo stations are either cheap crap or expensive stations with small hot air pencil which is too weak for vast majority of jobs.
