FS Tek 754D make me an offer
« on: November 27, 2016, 01:05:43 pm »
Buy yourself an early Christmas present!

This scope deserves a good home. It is in immaculate condition. It was removed from a research lab that was clean and air conditioned. It has been in my home/office since then.

Attached is a picture of an external monitor showing the options. This also shows that the real-time clock is working with an Oct 9th date.

The case and buttons are in virtually new condition.

The display is very readable and in good condition. I do not know what the display looked like new. Its not super bright to my eyes but it is readable and the external monitor feature makes the display brightness moot if you want to use an external monitor.

I live in NC. Shipping is at your expense if you want it shipped. I am willing to deliver in adjoining states.

Send me a PM if you are interested.

EDIT: the colored stripes are a camera<->scope interaction artifact. They are not visible when viewing.

Oh, I'd be interested - but anything I could put up as an offer would be an insult.

Still, it was nice to dream for a minute.

Shipping to Oz would cost more than its worth most likely.

It would cost about USD $140-$150 to ship to New Zealand plus costs to get it to their depot in the US. (freight forwarder youshop.co.nz)
I guess Oz would be similar.

I would take USD $500.00 and leave the shipping to the buyer. All added up this would be less than I see these going for on ebay.

I could possibly do better on shipping by asking an importer friend for a favour - but I couldn't justify the base expenditure.  I just don't have the demonstrable need ... unfortunately.
