Got it today, and since I never made use from one of those newly acquired analog scopes I decided to play with it with the Analog Digital Discovery board.
The scope is an old Tektronix 5110 and only can do up to 2MHz, the modules are 2MHz as well and they are the cheapest boards that tek ever made $25 originally back in 1973
So I did hook it up and start playing driving the horizontal and vertical directly from the Analog Discovery.
And using both generators setup like this:
resulted in this:
But I'm just playing around with the FG, that 5110 and those modules are not the best. The FG rise time is a bit slow, forgot to write down the value but it's fine for most of my needs. SDK is easy enough, although no source for the actual library.
I did try the scope part as well and that works great. Have not played with the logic analyzer but I bet it's just fine.
Many thanks! I've been after one of this things for a while but didn't want to pay the full price.
Ordered the BNC adaptor and probes (because you can't never have enough of them) but passed on the hooks because 6 for $14 is a bit too much.
