I have a quantity of Siemens branded HDSP-2001 & HDSP-2003 4 character LED matrix displays recovered from a vision mixer. The HDSP-2000 series are 4 characters of 5x7 LEDs that display a bitmap character from a serial data stream (upto 3mhz) and 5 column lines. There are ready made arduino sketches out there to drive them. Most of the time these are usually the red version but i have only yellow and green available.
At the moment they are all soldered in place onto PCB strips of 9 or 10 modules long to give 36 or 40 characters ready wired to use as a single display. These could save a lot of time if someone wants to make up their own project using these displays as they are ready to be used and mounted. Multiple PCBs could be chained to make them even longer.
Now the catch is the yellow and green modules are alternate on the PCB. So this means every 4 characters will be green, then 4 yellow, then 4 green, 4 yellow etc. Of course if you take two boards you could de-solder half of them each and make up two PCBs with the same colour.
The 9 module PCBs have 5x HDSP-2003 (Green) and 4x HDSP-2001 (Yellow) and are 170mm by 22mm. Total 4 available
The 10 module PCBs have 5x HDSP-2003 (Green) and 5x HDSP-2001 (Yellow) and are 190mm by 22mm. Total 8 available.

These displays usually sell individually on ebay for about £5 each.
I am asking for £35 each for the 9 module and £40 each for the 10 module, postage to be added at cost and i can post worldwide.
Images and datasheet attached below.
I will be making a test jig up so i can power up and test every display before i post them out, i'll add some pictures showing this when it's done in a couple of days time.
