(EU) WTB: Portable/Handheld Oscilloscope

Before I do something I'll most likely regret - buying an Owon HDS1021M or Hantek DSO1060 off some guy on AliExpress. I'd like to hear if anyone has one for sale? I'm willing to pay something in the €350-400 / $380-450 range. 20 MHz bandwidth and preferably 2 channels (with FFT/X-Y math).

what about a used Tek THSxxx? they are going cheap on Ebay (compared with Fluke) and with the schematics there you can mod/repair them if you want to...

I think I'd be willing to pay €290 for it. The more important question is how much you'd want it to sell for? Approximately where are you located in Germany?
