WTB(UK) SMD Electrolytic Capacitor

Hello, trying to find a replacement part:

SMD Electrolytic Capacitor. Diameter is 10mm and height is about 7mm. Trying to fix coil whine in a gpu and as it is an old gpu I'm guessing its the dried out cap making the coil whine.

It's not electrolytic capacitor. It's polymer capacitor and there is nothing to dry out. Moreover it unlikely to have anything to do with "coil whine", which most likely isn't even a coil whine but singing SMD ceramic capacitors.
