Something dave took apart with sticky stuff covering all the circuit boards?

Hey everyone, I can't recall the episode maybe one of you does, dave took apart something (pretty specific huh?), and to protect the circuit boards, I believe 3, it was filled with this clearish, sticky, snot like substance, he said he had used it before.

Can someone link to that episode, and does anyone know what that stuff is? I remember pulling stuff kind of like that out of some gel toy lizard a long time ago and it was funky to mess around with.

I thing maybe it was some spelunking gear? It isn't the EPIRB teardown though
