I am planning to build a uCurrent device for myself. Is there a reason that the design posted on the blog used a voltage divider and a special-purpose opamp instead of an integrated virtual ground like the TLE2426?

No reason apart from cost.
The LMV321 opamp is 28 cents, the TLE2426 is 70 cents or so.
The LMV321 is nothing special, it's just a low power general purpose opamp that was cheap and available.

Hi.
This device is very nice for measuring current in one selected ranges, but
there is a situation when you need to measure accurate current in 0-100mA and 0-10uA at the same time.
Can i use two devices in series to solve my problem or i shoul use another approach ?
