The Hioki multi-channel scope is not a new idea at all. Yokogawa has been making similar devices for a long time (and I guess Hioki as well).

The answer is UNI-T -- at least for most if not all of the Multicomp T&M equipment. The Multicomp brand will sell pretty much everything including the kitchen sink.
The only real advantage to Multicomp over UNI-T is that they come with manuals/datasheets, and those manuals/datasheets are in English.
