This really appears to be a hit an miss business... I must have been one of the first to place an order, still before the "big hype" on 26th of september and my order was listed "shipped" but the tracing information stayed more than ten days on "waiting for pick-up by the carrier" or similar. Today I received this information:
...
So good luck to the other "contenders" ![Wink ;)](https://www.eevblog.com/forum/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
Yeah no thats not fair, you were the first person to link the meter.
If my two show up (both in customs now), one is going to you. Or I will pay cost and shipping of anyone else willing to send one to you (closer to Germany).
Ordered another from Amazon just in case there is leftover stock.
That offer is more than kind an generous of you, and flattering to me -- thanks a lot for it. But to be honest, I placed my order of two of these calibrators more out of curiosity and not because I'ld really need them.
I needed a calibrator that permits to simulate thermocouple signals and bought myself an LB02 for almost ten times the price of the recent "bargain" about a year ago. This unit (albeit also a no-name cheapo) covers all the calibration needs that I expect to run into, at least compared to what the AiMOmeter could offer. So it really wouldn't be reasonable to throw more money (probably more than the initial expense) after the instrument(s) just for shipping. It may not be fair that even though I contributed the first "real" link to the instrument after Dave's "teaser", I didn't get any, but sometimes life just isn't fair and one has to cope with it. I could imagine worse...
So again thank you for your offer, but I guess we should leave it at that.

All the best,
