Bluetooth streaming help
« on: July 26, 2020, 05:42:23 pm »
(first the summary: need bluetooth ic formp3 or for making cellphone calls ( using sara u201))

Hi,
so I'm working on a project that involves streaming audio (music, ...) throught bluetooth, basically a bluetooth mp3.

The mcu I'm using is an stm32, some bluetooth ic/modules are cyw___,csr___,bm__,cc256__.
The rn 52 and the cc2564 look like could work but the first one looks expensive and for the secons looks like a need a bsd sofftware (can't comercialize it, for the moment I dont care);

The problem is that I don't find any bluetooth ic for this I think I need a bluetooth 5 ic but everytime i find someting it follows this path.

Phone or pc (with their own bluetooth ------>speaker(with the bluetooth ic implemented)

The simplified diagram of the product would be (no audio codecs tc)

stm32 (with the bluetooth ic implemented)----->speaker(with his own bluetooth)

I'm not really good at explaining myself sorry ;D
