Where to get datasheets of this part

RTS5487 and RTS5413D are the parts which I would like to get the datasheet.

Unfortunately, I am unable to find the datasheet.

However, these parts are available in 3-party websites.

RTS5487:

Can someone tell me how to obtain the datasheet of these products? (RTS5487 and RTS5413D)

Try a vendor of the ic.
eg www.sierraic.com
Search for the ic and use the query box to get a datasheet.
