Capacitor on output of buck led dimmer? (meanwell LDD)

Hi, Is there any reason I cant put a capacitor on the output of a meanwell LDD- H led driver?
Its essentially a buck converter, controlled by a pwm signal.
The data sheet doesnt say anything.
https://www.meanwell.com/Upload/PDF/LDD-H/LDD-H-SPEC.PDF
The light makes cameras have lines on the pictures.
I tried a 4700uf capacitor on the output and the lines went away.
Any ideas?

If dimming is used, you shouldn't do that. If not, probably it will be OK, though 4700uF sounds troublesome during startup. And if dimming is used, you better disable dimming rather than search for troubles with capacitor.

I realise 4700 is very high. I just had that to hand at the correct voltage.
I didnt think it would be a good idea. or everyone would be doing it .
