What Bmax?
I suppose it's not an insanely large core, so 100mT might be fine, 200 even (maybe not 300+ especially being closer to saturation?).
In any case, V/N = 4.44*Bmax*Ae*F, or 4.0 instead of 4.44 for square rather than sine wave (volts in RMS in either case). So around 9V/turn.
l_g, l_e (not specified) and the mu's have no bearing on this calculation; they are freely adjustable and independent of Bmax. (They set the current required to reach Bmax.)
If instead you specify a required Lpri and Isat(min), then these data are necessary.
