It's the 4 jumpers to the left of the "1045".
I think this is an older or newer version of this display
http://www.pcstore.com.tw/dashop/M10079850.htm
as the part numbers are the same.
Google translate doesn't reveal much.

It now makes sense as it looks mine only has the tachometer option enabled.
