Settings for 861DW rework station?

Any guidance on the settings for a Quick 861DW? I heard around 200 for solder paste but I'm having to use it around 300 with the air speed at 40? I'm using MG Sn63/Pb37.

This is just a hobby I spend too much time on.

I don't have the same hot air station, but on mine I usually go for 270-300 for leaded paste. No idea about the airflow, I set it so that no parts fly off the board.
