lol I modified the chassis to replace a blower with a noctua. lot of work but sometimes you can find blowers are used for no real god damn reason other then smaller vent holes. You might need some grating, plastic welding and a nibbler to make this mod safe.
Honestly it seems like a way to go pure injection molded chassis, rather then having to install vent screens.
analyze your system, you might get lucky. I am convinced they used a blower to
1) not use a vent grating (smaller plastic holes). That is one less part to use, meaning cost savings, if you don't give a shit about your customers ears
2) hide buzzing noise from PSU. sometimes they make a electric 'fire' noise that might scare consumers. best to mask that. because it sounds 'crackling'
3) the word 'turbine' was used at a meeting to make it sound cooler then it really is. not a blower but a 'turbine fan' that brings it into the 22nd century!!!
do a load test with a thermocouple before and after to see if it works good enough to maintain low temps at critical points
