I was reading the recent thread on solder and read the post where member "StubbornGreek" referenced the Pace Electronics training videos on YouTube.

I checked them out the last couple of days and as a beginer / novice, I thought they had a lot of good information and were well presented.

Most are from the early 80's but all of the info holds true.

I reccomend you watch them. I have put the YouTube links together and listed them below.

Those videos have been posted on the forum before, but as with all threads that aren't very active: It ended somewhere in Nirvana.

Maybe a mod should make a sticky thread, once more interesting videos are added.

But as long as I'm posting, I should contribute.
Found these videos as quite nice examples of doing nasa/avionics level soldering .. yeah, lots of people will say it's quite a waste of solder and too much cleaning of parts, but you can't deny the soldered parts look
