Hi,
Identified short in two back to back diodes.
Searched online but I was unable to find this manufacturer.
I think they are zener diodes, found some similar schemes online.

190 V is rare.
Closest would be P6KE180CA or P6KE200CA.

Tjank You Benta,
Tomorrow will go to lokal shop to check availability.
I'm tempted to test device without TVS diodes...

Local shop has only P6KE250, protected cap is 250V rated...
Can I use 200V zenner instead TVS diode?

Installed P6KE250CA, tested, device works 😁
Ordered original part P6SMB200A, hope it will arrive in time ...
TVS and zenner have different purpose, and are not interchangeable.
