SMD Transistor Codes 2 Ghz Amp

So these SMD codes are a new thing for me.

My RS SML Sig gen doesn't make power when going through the Output Unit(above 1.2G). I found the one of the OP transistor shorted out, and it took out the bias resistors and a bit of fiber glass.

The resistors are completely black so will have to work out what they were, but the FET is marked as H2, and I cant seem to find out what it is.

It will be a 2Ghz+ device capable of at least +10dbm, running on about 8V.

Some guidance would be great.
