Have IRF462 MOSFET's got any other name designation?
« on: September 19, 2014, 10:53:56 am »
I am looking at building a circuit that cites IRF462 MOSFET devices to be used, but I am struggling to find UK suppliers, do they go by some other name? Thanks.
Best regards,

IRF462 seems to be ancient. Mosfets in TO3 or the similar TO204 case are quite rare today. But IRFP460 looks similar except it has a TO247 case.
