Air purifier stops working after cleaning

Hi,

I bought a rensair air purifier recently which it think is best for viruses. it works fine but today i plan to clean it up, after clean up when i switch on it fails. what could be the reason?

Good Morning Thomwo,   IF you removed the filters, go back and check their orientation.  The filters on mine, (different brand),
have electrical contacts that have to mate up with other contacts
in the machine.  So, If I don't install the filters in the EXACT
position, it won't run.  RTFM

I checked the purchase date, only 2 days are remaining for warranty expiry. I will definitely return it. My selection was wrong, i choose rensair from the 4 other brands.

Which one i should buy that is really best for home use/

I found out that the funny way. I accidentally kicked mine over and it stopped working. Great... Naturally, I took it apart... and noticed there's a switch by the filter module and the filter just came loose a bit. Pushing it back solved the problem.... so I took apart a mundane device with many screws for no reason.
