Your original IC have integrated isolated DCDC converter while your alternative IC don't have it.

Thank you. So, just a clarification.

Could you please suggest an alternate part that would be a good replacement for the Original part? I tried in Digikey and mouser but couldn't find one correctly

If I knew the replacement part I would write, but to search it I have no time.
When 20 years ago I was using isolated RS485 I made it with 3 elements:
- signal isolator (one from ADuM serie),
- DCDC isolated converter,
- standard RS485 transceiver.

Never used part like you have.
