I have a similar problem. Whirlpool machine writes errors 90420 and F12, F19. (engine failure)
In service mode, it rotates nicely in one direction, in the other direction it starts much later, but it starts. Sometimes it makes mistakes, but drying stops more and more often.
Can you help? How is your problem?
