PFF4N80 to FQPF4N80, possible?
« on: October 03, 2024, 02:08:07 pm »
Hello everyone, can someone tell me if I can replace the PFF4N80 with FQPF4N80? Both are built on TO-220FP packages and there are minor differences like Drain source on resistance, Drain current, Power Dissipation etc, please help

I can't even find the spec for PFF4N80, why not post those details here. and state what the application/product is and how much power it uses.

Probably fine but we can't say for sure without more information.

Even though not much information was given regarding that query, I can say that the replacement is possible, despite the minor differences between the two (but it's best to ensure that the FQPF4N80 meet or go above the specs of the other component as to avoid any performance issues that may arise).
