PCB design Using CAD SOFtwares

Hi guys  I am trying to design a circuit using Cn3722 by consonance. but as i don't have any specific idea about using a CAD software o design PCB iam needing some advice as well as your help.  I don't know any software of CAD for PCB design please let me know a software with enough tutorials on youtube so that i can learn it by my self but please let me know if any of you have any idea about how ican do this quickly i dont if thats gonna help you but still iam posting a diagram which i am using

Search for Cadsoft Eagle, plenty of tutorials on YouTube.
